On top of the ruins of the former church of the Mercy's Convent, this architectonic jewel was built last century, with neo-classical style as an imitation to most of the famous European theaters. It was the centerfold of artistic and cultural activity until the middle of this Century, when it was left abandoned. Today it has been reconstructed and it is the most beautiful theater within the city.
